White Star Line Mug
This old ad for the famed White Star line was in rough shape. The ink from all the lettering bled into the rest of the poster. The coloration saturation was very uneven. I spent some time with it because I doubt there were many such ads with Olympic and Titantic. A particularly poignant aspect is the boast that "All Steamers Made in Ireland." You can imagine an Irish emmigrant feeling reassured of the safety these ships made by his countrymen.
