History of the Flag of the Kingdom of Thailand: The tricolored flag of the Kingdom of Thailand, through Rama VI royal degree on September 28 in 1917, demonstrates the magnificent beauty and culture of the Kingdom of Thailand, and each color on the flag clearly reflect that. The white on the flag represents the purity of the Buddha, the blue is the Royalty, and the red, like blood is the people of the land. Blue was a color auspicious to King Rama VI. In respect to Thailand’s culture and The Flag Act of BE 2522, my illustration of the flag was constructed based on The Flag Act of BE 2522’s specifications and colors.
