The Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race is one of the most impressive races in the world. Teams compete to run from Anchorage to Nome, Alaska - Roughly 1000 miles of icy wilderness. Often facing harsh conditions, and even blizzards, it is often a challenge just to finish this great race. The Sleds are usually pulled by one of the most impressive breeds of dog - the Siberian Husky.
