The emperor and the empress dolls for Hinamatsuri as Siamese Cats. The Hina-Ningyo represents the wedding procession of the imperial princess in traditional court dress of the Heian period. Hinamatsuri or Hina-matsuri, also called Doll's Day or Girls' Day, is a special day in Japan. Celebrated each year on 3 March.
