This print is called Orchids. It is one of a hundred published in two volumes in 1904 by German biologist, naturalist, philosopher, physician, professor, marine biologist, and artist Ernst Haeckel. The prints were made from Haeckel’s sketches and watercolors by lithographer Adolf Giltsch who transformed the sketches to print. Even after a hundred years these prints are still vibrant.
