Arizona Superstition Mountain Sunset Saguaro Cacti Two-Tone Coffee Mug
This coffee mug features an original photo turned into digital art by Karen Coffelt of a giant saguaro cactus at Superstition Mountain at sunset just outside of the Lost Dutchman State Park in Apache Junction, Arizona. Image framed in cracked dirt terracotta. This is a view from the Mountain Bike Trail in the park, and is part of Superstition Wilderness in the very large Tonto National Forest. Legend tells of the German immigrant Jacob Waltz, known as "The Dutchman", found a fortune in gold in these mountains and hid it so that no one could steal it from him, but he took the location of the gold to his grave, and treasure hunters continue to search for it to this day.
