This lovely design features an Art Nouveau image by Alphonse Mucha of a lovely woman with flowing hair and a garland of light pink flowers against soft violet purple. Mucha created beautiful art, often for advertisements and posters, of women and flowers in flowy costumes with graceful hair. This public domain image is part of his work called Vitrail pour la façade de la boutique Fouquet Vlll. This image appears on the front and back of the cup.
